3 units; 3 hours Lecture Prerequisite: RE 150 or equivalent. Recommended Preparation: Eligibility for ENGL 100 and READ 100. Introduces methods and techniques of escrow procedures for various types of business transactions with emphasis on real estate. The material covered should be of value to all those involved directly or indirectly with the escrow industry and those who are preparing to enter this field. Satisfies elective credit for Broker's license. May be offered in a Distance-Learning Format.
