3 units; 3 hours Lecture Repeatability: May be taken a total of 2 times. Prerequisite: RE 150. Recommended Preparation: Eligibility for ENGL 100 and READ 100. Introduces the student to a broad overview of Internet, communications and software applications used in the day-to-day life of real estate and related professions. Topics begin with basic computer skills and progresses to the more complex tasks such as: e-commerce practices, real estate-specific software, trust fund handling, and escrow practices. May be offered in a Distance-Learning Format.
