Recommended Preparation: Eligibility for ENGL 100 and READ 100. Meets the State of California requirements for an Emergency Medical Technician-B (EMT-B) to render pre-hospital basic life support services, with emphasis on practices and techniques, vital to the interaction of EMT-B personnel with all levels of emergency medical personnel. State Requirement: Current CPR card for Health Care Provider (infant/child/adult).
