3 units; 2 hours Lecture, 4 hours Laboratory Repeatability: May be taken a total of 2 times. Prerequisite: ETECH 24 or equivalent skills. Recommended Preparation: Eligibility for ENGL 100 and READ 100. Covers the use of computer aided design software for 3-dimensional solid modeling and rendering of mechanical and architectural designs, including shaded and photorealistic rendering. Ability to use CAD software to draw 2D shapes, revise 2D drawings, dimension 2D drawings, and plot 2D drawings is required.
