Offers students an opportunity to combine a planned occupational program with progressive on-the-job experience (OJT) and practical learning experience in the world of work. Prerequisites: ( a) pursue a planned work experience program, (b) concurrent enrollment in seven or more units (including GWE units) except summer school, (c) evaluation by Dean of student's planned work experience program, qualifications and objectives. Hours: 75 hours per semester unit at a paid job: 60 hours per semester unit at a non-paid job. Repeat: 3 or until a limit of 6 units is reached. Offered: F, S, SS. CCS: Occupational Education. Not Transferable: Associate Degree only.
