Fundamentals of programming and operating computer systems in BASIC (Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code). Develops structured programming and general problemsolving tools in business mathematics, physical sciences, social sciences, and other disciplines. Prerequisite: MATH BA or one year of high school algebra or equivalent or evaluation by the instructor of the student's math skills.
