Covers diseases in large animals, including diagnosis, prevention, and treatment programs. Includes instruction in physical diagnosis and discussion of tests and procedures needed for proper diagnosis. Instruction in animal husbandry procedures relating to disease prevention is also included. Disease entities taught include infectious, nutritional, endocrine, mechanical and metabolic conditions. Prerequisite: ANSC B80 and B82. Hours: 30 lect. CCS: Occupational Education. Not Transferable: Associate Degree only.
