16 hours total This short-term intensive four-week refresher course is designed to prepare students to enter the GED sequence of writing classes and to review simple grammar used on the GED test. This course reviews the eight parts of speech and covers forming regular and irregular nouns and verbs. Students will also review and practice forming superlative and comparative adjectives and adverbs. Capitalization and simple punctuation will be reviewed and practiced. (R2)
