16 hours total This short-term intensive four-week refresher course is designed to prepare students for the GED math sequence of classes and to reintroduce students to the basic facts that will allow them to refresh their knowledge of basic math concepts. This course covers the following: math vocabulary, quick refresh of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts; quick refresh of basic properties of operation (commutative, associative, distributive, identity, and zero property); quick review of order of operations.
