5 unit, 1.5 hours weekly 1 unit, 3 hours weekly Hatha Yoga develops awareness and consciousness in the physical body to unite the mind/body unit. "Asanas" or"postures" are experienced with attentiongiven to exactness and detail of the postural alignment of the body. Strength, endurance, flexibility and balance are achieved through a mental attitude which explores, coaxes, and plays at the edge of stress to create openings in the body. (CSU, AVC) ( R3)
