1 unit 3 hours weekly Based on the strong vinyasa flow of Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga is a dynamic, strenuous form of yoga, which focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and inner focus. This class will include a flowing form of asana (poses) as well as regular practice in forward bends, twists, back bends, inversions and arm balances. This class is not recommended for beginners. Students are advised to have at least one year of regular yoga practice or a background in athletics. Participants should be in good physical condition. (CSU, AVC) (R3)
