(formerly MUS 143, Music Productions) 2 units 2 hours weekly Advisory: Eligibility for ENGL 099 and READ 099. This course familiarizes students with different possibilities for sound reinforcement in different performance situations. The course will survey elements used in live sound reinforcement as well as modern studio recording. Introduction to modern sound systems, stage layout, and performance techniques will also be presented. (CSU, AVC) ( R3)
