2 units 2 hours total Limitation on Enrollment: Students must be 21 years of age or older on the first day of class in order to participate in wine tastings, per California law. Prerequisite: Completion of CULA 120 or CULA 121. Advisory: Eligibility for ENGL 099 and READ 099. Technical aspects of the description and evaluation of wines are presented.
