Hours: 36 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB This course covers the basics of welding equipment maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair. Electrical and electronically controlled circuits are discussed and tested. Overall theory of operation and safety are presented, as well as maintenance scheduling and the use of electronic test equipment and other measuring devices. A fi eld trip is required.
