Advisory: CISN 110 and MATH 25 Hours: 18 hours LEC This course introduces Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) address assigning and subnetting. Topics include a review of binary, hexadecimal, and decimal numbering systems, classes of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Classless Inter-domain Routing (CIDR), and Variable Length Subnet Masks (VLSM). The future of IP addressing, version 4 (IPV4) and version 6 (IPV6), is covered.
