Course Transferable to CSU Hours: 54 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB This course covers the principles, operation, and diagnosis of automotive electrical systems including fundamentals of electricity (DC), electrical circuits, battery operation, fundamentals of magnetism, charging systems, starting systems and electrical schematics. This course meets Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifi cation standards for the A6 electrical certifi cation with completion of AT 315 and either AT 320 or AT 322.
