Study of the physical properties and manipulation of porcelain, including staining and personalization and techniques for fabrication of porcelain crowns. The fabrication of porcelain units includes the preparation of dies, adoption of platinum matrices, firing and glazing. Minimum requirements are three porcelain jackets and three stained or personalized units. Prerequisites: All firstyear courses. Concurrent registration in DL 336. F (S)
