General Education: CSU Area C1 Course Transferable to UC/CSU Hours: 36 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB This foundation course covers an analysis of historical and contemporary designs, primarily concerned with the visual dialogue between form and space, with focus on visual sensitivity for three-dimensional composition. Line, plane, and volume are utilized to construct 3-D forms using a variety of materials; wire, plaster, cardboard and paper. May be taken twice for credit.
