The course introduces word processing operations such as creating, editing, fi le management techniques, and printing text. Emphasis is on formatting and document production techniques to produce professional business documents used in today's workplace. The course culminates with the study of intermediate level features such as merge, sort, graphics, macros, style, and templates. This course may be taken four times on a different software package or version.
