Prerequisite: ENGWR 300 with a grade of "C" or better.Course Transferable to CSU Hours: 36 hours LEC This course will provide a brief study of an area of literature or an overview of a literary subject. Specifi cally, courses might be offered in a particular subgenre (for example, the sonnet or the fairy tale), author, short literary period (for example, the Harlem Renaissance), or theme (for example, the Monster in Literature). Individual course descriptions are provided in the class schedule. The course may be taken four times for a maximum of six units.
