Prerequisite: ENGWR 301 or 302. Advisory: Working knowledge of Macintosh or PC. Course Transferable to CSU Hours: 6 hours LEC; 9 hours LAB The course offers reading and writing instructors the opportunity to experience software, hardware, and Internet tools and to explore the effective integration of these technologies and their related pedagogies into the teaching of English. The course will require specifi c hands-on activities and development of materials using technologies featured within the course. The course will integrate such Internetbased technologies as e-mail and web-based instructional tools. Technologies offered within the class will vary as the fi eld of computers and English evolves. This course may be repeated once with a different internet emphasis.
