Prerequisite: ENGWR 301 or 302. Advisory: Working knowledge of MacIntosh or PC. Course Transferable to CSU Hours: 6 hours LEC; 9 hours LAB The course offers reading and writing instructors the opportunity to experience editing software and technologies and to create their own instructional web documents. The course will explore the effective integration of these technologies and their related pedagogies into the teaching of English. The course will require specifi c hands-on activities and development of materials using such technologies as Netscape and BBEdit, and other web-based editing tools. Technologies offered within the class will vary as the fi eld of computers and English evolves. This course may be repeated once with a different project emphasis.
