Prerequisite: Placement through the assessment process. Hours: 27 hours LEC This course is designed to sharpen the writing skills of students enrolled in campus certifi cate programs. Topics will include techniques for creating and understanding memos and directions, job-related forms and other work related writing. In addition, listening skills, group interaction techniques, and problem-solving skills will be introduced. Additional hours may be required in the Learning Resource Center.
