Prerequisite: ESLL 40 with a grade of "C" or better or placementthrough assessment. Advisory: Concurrent enrollment in an ESL Reading and Writing course at the student's assessed level. Hours: 72 hours LEC This is a course to help students understand and be understood in both familiar and unfamiliar situations. Class activities will introduce academic listening and speaking activities and will continue to work on pronunciation skills. May be taken twice for credit.
