3 units 3 hours weekly Prerequisite: Completion of GER 201. Course continues to develop students' ability to read, write, speak and comprehend German. Students will read and discuss intermediate literary and nonliterary texts. Grammar will be reviewed as necessary through brief lectures and exercises. Major twentieth century German authors will be introduced through reading and discussion of short stories. The course will be conducted entirely in German. [CAN GERM 10] (CSU, UC, AVC)
