3 units 6 hours weekly Prerequisite: Completion of MM 101/CG 101. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in MM 235L. Advisory: Completion of ART 110, and Eligibility for READ 099. Instructional materials fee required for this course and must be paid at registration. Introduction to the production of Object Reality (OR) and Quick Time Virtual Reality (QTVR) 360-degree panoramic image environments for the Internet. Covers current software applications used in conjunction with digital cameras and other necessary hardware to develop both QTVR and OR objects linked on Internet pages. Both individual and effective team participation in the process of developing QTVR and OR projects is a control focus of this course. (CSU, AVC) ( R2)
