(formerly PE 170, Intermediate Weight Lifting) 1 unit 3 hours weekly This course is designed for the student who wishes to learn advanced skills on intermediate lifts in the weight room. The student will be required to learn how to develop a program with the variety of intermediate lifts which put more focus on specific body areas. The course will also cover the proper warm-up and safety techniques that are necessary in the weight room. (CSU, UC, AVC) ( R3#)
