Advisory: ART 304. Course Transferable to UC/CSU Hours: 36 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB This course introduces fi gure sculpture, using the live nude model as a reference. It will develop an understanding of the human form as it relates to both modern and traditional sculpture. These concepts will be developed by making studio projects using a variety of sculptural material. The projects will combine new understanding of human form with imagination, for a more complete expression of technique and creativity. May be taken twice for credit.
