Prerequisite: For Social Work majors the prerequisite is HSRV116 with HSRV115 to be taken either as a prerequisite or concurrently. For Addiction Counseling Professional Series students the prerequisites are HSRV116, HSRV141, HSRV142, and HSRV145. Field experience and integration seminar for social work majors. During the 135 hours of placement, students are exposed to the operations of a human services program and they implement practice and principles and helping skills learned in previous courses. A weekly one-hour seminar integrates the field experience with core concepts of the profession. (2007)
