Included are oral religions, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Shinto, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and several extant alternative paths. The study is accomplished through key characteristics and patterns of religions including worldview community, central myths, ritual, ethics, emotional experiences, material expression, and sacredness.
