An introduction to "best practices" of two-way communicationbetween administration and line staff to ensure good facility management. Students will develop their leadership and communication skills. The art of discipline and grievances will be explored. This course meets the training requirements as set forth by the Corrections Standards Authority for counties participating in the Standards and Training for Corrections Program. Hours: 12 lect 4 lab.
