CREDITS: 6.00 Strengthens the student's understanding and further development of speedwriting principles. Topics include: speed, command of English, competence in handling problems of office dictation, transcription techniques, and preparation of mailable copy that meets employment production rate needs. Students develop the ability to take new material at no less than 70 words per minute for a minimum of 3 minutes and transcribe that material in 20 minutes.
