Prerequisites: MAT 1033 and EET 1084 or instructor approval. This course covers number systems, logic gates, Boolean algebra, Karnaugh Map minimization techniques, adders, comparators, encoders, decoders, multiplexers, flip flops, counters, registers, memories, PLDs, A2D and D2A converters and IC technologies. This course provides the student the opportunity to design and build various digital circuits. Lab Fee.
