Prerequisite: HCP 0001, HCP 0120 (both with grade of "C" or better), current AHA BLS certification, High School Diploma or GED. For those students who have previously completed a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide program and are adding skills to work in a health facility other than a nursing home. Clinical experiences will be in a local hospital. Content includes, but is not limited to: care of patients with acute common health problems; pre- and post-op patients, and special procedures.
