IIThis course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to install and configure Microsoft Windows 2000. In addition students will implement, manage and troubleshoot hardware devices and drivers, network protocols and services in a Windows 2000 environment. Students will be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to optimize performance of a Windows 2000 system. Prerequisite: CIS 71. Three class hours per week.
