MotorsThis course covers the theory, design, operation, controls, installation, and maintenance of and troubleshooting skills for marine inboard, inboard/outboard, stern drive, and diesel engines. The course presents the design differences among the engines, as well as their various cooling, lubrication, exhaust, gearing, propulsion, transmission, and hydraulic systems. Prerequisite: MTK 30.
