EstateA study of the principles of real estate designed to provide a clear understanding of the factors involved in real property ownership. This study involves discussion of the history of real estate development, current cyclical trends and various instruments which may be encountered when transferring real estate. Emphasis is placed upon the concepts and terminology involved in real estate transactions as well as a basic understanding of the math generated by these transactions.
