Coverage will include the origin and growth of unions and emphasize the legal, managerial, economic, and human factors relevant to past and current labor/ management relations. The contract negotiation process and internal union structure will also be covered along with other current and timely topics. Lecture, Discussion, Case Studies, and Case Law.
