This course will investigate how writing changes for both the writer and the reader when presented on a network of computers with multimedia. Students will explore writing on several networks, including LAN, Internet, and the Worldwide Web, and study how the roles of reader and writer change in networked text. They will discover and analyze the growing number of e-zines that have arisen on the Web, will work with the powerful research tools available on the Net, and finally will develop their own home page model. No computer expertise will be needed. Prerequisite- Corequisite Prerequisite: Eng 110 College Writing I.
