1 unit; 4 hours Lecture; 1 hour Activity Repeatability: May be taken a total of 4 times (with satisfactory progress.) Recommended Preparation: Eligibility for ENGL 100 and READ 100. Study and performance of chamber music for strings, winds, percussion and piano. Students with intermediate to advanced playing experience will be placed in an ensemble such as a trio, quartet or quintet. Students must have the ability to read music at sight and play an instrument with proficiency. Transfer Credit: Transfers to CSU. Transfers to UC.
