Studies music of western civilization during the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and 20th century periods. Understanding and enjoyment of music is developed by the study of the elements of music and other concepts essential to the communication of ideas and emotion. Course may be offered in a Distance-Learning Format. Transfer Credit: Transfers to CSU. Transfers to UC.
