0.5 unit; 0.5 hour Lecture, 0.5 hour Laboratory Repeatability: May be taken a total of 4 times. Prerequisite: Current CPR/Healthcare Provider Card; RT enrollment, ARRT or CRT; RT 61. Recommended Preparation: Eligibility for ENGL 100 and READ 100. Basic instruction and practice of venipuncture methods/procedures for the administration of contrast agents. Routes of administration, safety, basic pharmacology, dosage calculations and emergency procedures.
