An opportunity for a student to focus on an individualized form of Visual Art that is not available on an extensive basis in any of our traditional structured credit courses. Projects may vary from semester to semester to allow for innovation, flexibility, and quality of personal experience. Concentrations could focus, for example, on book design, advanced painting, printing, projects in advanced drawing, and portfolio development. (4 studio hours plus 2 additional studio hours arranged) Prerequisite: 6 hours of studio art courses and interview by instructor / 3 credits; may be repeated once for credit. Offered in the Fall, Spring and Summer.
