A five-week course designed for the student who has completed FIT167. New postures are introduced, and postures are held for longer periods of time. Additional breathing techniques are incorporated. Students develop a deeper understanding of how the body functions, and how yoga affects these functions. Relaxation techniques are further developed. Prerequisite: FIT167 / 1 credit. Offered in the Fall and Spring.
