Corequisites: EMS 1119, EMS 1119L, EMS 1354C, LAE 0005-Emergency Vehicle Operator's Course(non-credit). Practical application of EMT clinical knowledge and skills under professional supervision. Provides for directed experiences in local hospitals and health facilities and field observation and experience in emergency vehicles. Successful completion of corequisites provides eligibility to take the national and Florida state EMT certification examinations. Health and accident insurance recommended. Liability insurance required. Valid driver license required.
