Class hours: 48-54 lecture; 48-54 laboratory Students develop the knowledge base and skills to perform motorcycle service, tune-ups, and maintenance. Topics include: service and tune-up schedules and their associated procedures; chassis and suspension systems; brakes, clutch, and drive systems; wheel care, including tires, wheel lacing, wheel truing, and balancing; general shop procedures; quality control; and safety procedures and protective equipment.
