Class hours: 48-54 laboratory. Limitation on Enrollment: Proof of a negative tuberculosis test within the past 12 months is required. Corequisite: Nutrition and Food 470, and a minimum of four additional units of Nutrition and Food curriculum. Practical experience in practice and live clinical situations. Application of dietetic principles and practices, communication skills, record keeping, patient/client screening and assessment, adherence to Federal and State regulations, and essential management functions.
