MS 421. Leadership Challenges and Goal-setting. (3) (3,3.5).. Students Offiers plan, conduct, and evaluate activities of the Bulldog ROTC Cadet Battalion. Articulate goals and put plans into action to attain them. Assess organizational cohesion and develop strategies to improve it. Develop cofidence in skills to lead people and manage resource. Learn/apply various Army Policies and programs in this effort. Implement hte chain of command, and develop Offiecer-NCO relationships.Emphasized throughout the course are effective oral and written communication skills. Required include: a three hourclass, a weekly leadership lab, a monthly tactical field training exercise, and three (weekly) one-hour sessions for physical fitness.
