B 411. Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory. 1(0,3). The Cell and Molecular Biology laboratory will complement the Cell and Molecular Biology Lecture. Students will engage in hands-on expereinces in DNA and protein gel electrophoresis and transcriptionla regulation. Western blot analysis, the Polumerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA) and (DNA) fingerpriting. Prerquisites: Successful completion or concurrent enrollment in B 401.
