This course is an intense review of the academic reading skills needed for success in a college-level course. Students will demonstrate their understanding of reading as a process and will apply strategies learned to expand their reading comprehension skills. Students will demonstrate the ability to integrate knowledge, use context clues, and identify supporting details. (Developmental studies courses do not apply toward graduation requirements.)
